Since you are a California attorney, do you represent Californian's that are discriminated in a new state they moved to, especially when it involves a live TV show and a sheriff who committed perjury in federal court which said TV show episode proves the perjury to a deposition of said sheriff? The show tried to destroy the evidence but, I have it... If not, how would you pursue in a state every attorney is protecting said sheriff and won't take the case? Do you know any in South Carolina, because this is a good ol boy system and I already made the best of friends trying to hold a judge liable who actually sits on the judicial committee and SC is the last state who does in house oversight without the public being informed of such actions... I tried on my own once which got the lying sheriff in deposition but the TV show wasn't cooperating and destroyed the evidence and changed their show to Court TV for a while... But I actually have the episode today...

That is crazy that they are still allowed to be cops, when they are that untrustworthy

This is way Qualified Immunity needs to be removed from Police. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Camera and Audio need to be on and a Law needs to be Passed and Inforced that they remain on at all times. As well as being worn by all Law Enforcement Agencies. All Settlements need to be paid from Officers Pinion Fund and not Taxpayers Money.

The person has mental disorders so how did he even get hired for law enforcement yet rehired elsewhere for the same employment? One bad cop discredits the authority of the whole department!

You actually answered your own question and that is because he has a mental disorder.

Has nothing to do with political parties. Cops don’t get off because they are Democrats in D.C. cops got away with “stuff” because Police Unions are extremely powerful, and the Justice System protects its own whenever possible. Making it a political issue detracts from the underlying issue, the elite have a strong arm to maintain control of the labor class. That strong arm consists of Law enforcement Officers at all levels of the State.

I've heard that it's also a retaliatory tool used by bad chiefs/sergeants to spite good officers for crossing them. I don't know what a good cop is really, but it makes sense. Hey, I thought of a good joke the other day: If a cop mutes his body cam in the woods, is he still lying?

Why don't you represent him? He is a lost cause. His biggest contribution to society was when he pointed out that a door should have been locked. His harassment of public employees and his recalcitrant behavior clearly and heavily outweighs any minor contribution he has made to society. He has three pending charges still I'm curious if he will serve those sentences, if any, consecutively. Also, he never "investigates" any prior controversy. The only controversy he investigates are the ones that he causes.
