How do you get the pump to work? I DON'T KNOW CHINESE. Instructions are useless. Lefty loosey or right tighty on the pump???
@charlesartificer215816 сағат бұрын
@soco13466 back when I did this review I translated the instructions to English. And I used it several times getting to know it nowhere in the instructions or in using it was there ever turning the pump one way or another to get it to work you just pump it and it should work it should build up pressure. I think the first step should be checking the gas cap on the tank and making sure that that is secure. Then try to pump it at least 10 or 12 times build up some pressure open the gas cap with your ear near it, listen for escaping air a hissing sound. If you can't build up pressure your pump is either bad or the O-ring in your cap is bad I would check both.

Hi there! I like the locking mechanism with the beads. I think this should be secure enough to tension the Ridgeline, because there is a constant and high tension. Whereas in fastening the tarp there is much less tension and with the wind the knot still could slip out. It might be better to if you have the Prussikschlingen on one side but on the other side there should be a soft shackle.

Hi from a random KZbin algorithm recommendation. Little context/filler if I may... Stanley had a new ceo not too long ago because numbers were becoming dire, the new ceo r"einvented" the brand and one of their hottest/most profitable items is the pink Stanley flask.. They have significantly increase their range into more consumer friendly options, for better or worse. Additionally, inflation has hit everyone hard, in reality the type of 10 year quality you are looking for isnt the 20$ options, it's more like the $50-60 'classic rugged' range or whatevers it's called. I seem to remember some reviews says it's better at heat retention and perhaps made in different area? If I dig it up I'll share the video link but in summary. You gotta pay more and dig harder to find quality nowadays. Very few brands have escaped the consumptionism market model...

Great review. I had a couple of good stanley coffee thermoses over the years and they all gave up the ghost after roughly 2 decades each. I currently have one that is barely 2 years old and made in China. I didnt know they were still made with a vacuum that could be compromised, at least not from a little drop or dent. Thats certainly what did it if thats it because mine have been rode hard and put up wet. Except for this new one. But you can just feel the weight difference of the new one and that the metal is not near as sturdy. I dont think id bother to buy a new one until they quit making them in that god-forsaken part of the world. Hopefully within 2 years they will start making good stuff in the USA again with some quality. Id wait.

My grandfather absolutely would not touch a rough stone until he had to reprofile, but he HONED with a ceramic pocket rod every single time the blades on his large frame stock man STARTED to get dull. @ONETIME454 well it just so happens that I own that Apache case you're talking about. I went and fished it out removed the contents got the Coleman stove out and I've got bad news. The control knob on the front of the Coleman stove sticks out and that alone is preventing it from fitting in the case. It is an extremely tight fit even if you didn't have the control knob sticking out. So if you're looking for a hard case I'm sorry to say the Apache 3800 will not work. I did review a soft case by gas one on my channel that the Coleman stove in the store-bought hard case fits in very nicely if that's something you're looking for.
