I wouldn't necessarily wait for whether or not they can express their needs, showing interest, or can stay dry for two hours. I'm glad I didn't wait for my son to show signs, because he would never be trained if I did (never had a dry diaper for two hours, isn't bothered being wet, doesn't express himself that well, etc). There's a reason why we are seeing kids potty trained later and later. We are actually seeing some kids in kindergarten who still aren't completely potty trained, because the parents were waiting for the child to be ready.

Thank you Rubi for your comment. =) And yes, we need to be proactive in training our kids while they are still young because bad habits when it comes to finances might be very difficult to break once kids get accustomed to it.

very informative! i like the part about how the brain functions between age 0 and 6 :) thanks for sharing this, not only it helps us teach our children but it’s also a good reminder for us adults

Thank you very much Grace for your message. ☺️ And yes, ages 0-6 is so crucial. That is also why children in those ages pick up new languages so easily and quickly. They can learn multiple languages at a very young age just by exposing them to those languages.

Hello 👋 I agree that training children about money early is a good way to educate them. Children should be aware that we have to gain money. If they ask some toys or something else can know it cost money 💵 Idea to teach children saving money is also very important. They will not take this knowledge from school. Very informative and great video. Greetings my friend 😌

Thank you my friend for your message. And yes, they don’t really teach this in school that’s why parents should be more pro-active in teaching their kids this kind of stuff. 😍

Great job training your son! Sis, if he has 10k na in his piggy bank, best to open a bank account for him.. at least he’ll gain interest though the interest isn’t big. But at least it’s safer there. 10k is big savings! Galing naman ng son mo magsave.. mana kay mommy Marian! ☺️

Hello. You gave us a lot of important advices. I agree that boys needs more time to grow up and probably needs more patient than girls. That’s important to punish children clever. Idea with sticker is great. This can really encourage her to be more polite. I think your video should find more people. Thank you for sharing your experiences. Greetings 🙂

I believe my 2 yr old has adhd he likes chewing on clothes jumps and climbs alot pulls his hair has out burst gets very inpatient and does not sit still.. my 3 yr old has been diagnosed with autism but I can see the difference now Both me and dad have adhd and I also have anxiety my son goes to his doctor today hopefully wee will get some kind of answers
@TeachableMOMents
@TeachableMOMents 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching my video. =) Yes, ADHD symptoms may be manifested in 2-year olds but doctors do not give the diagnosis until the child turns 4 or even older. There are other factors that should be considered before children will be given the ADHD diagnosis such as... do the symptoms negatively impact or impair a child's academic, social, and/or occupational functioning? These things are hard to assess at 2 since there are so many toddler skills that aren't fully developed yet. It wouldn't hurt to get him started with an intervention though if that's what the doctor recommends. How did your son's doctor's appointment go? Hope you were able to get the answers that you need. =)
