The first song that I ever heard from Queen was "We Will Rock You" from the movie D2: The Mighty Ducks. I started listening to more songs during the 2000's, and I became a fan. A couple of months ago, I started listening to some of the bands later music from their final three albums. I added the song "Ride the Wild Wind" to my playlist last month, it's a great car racing song. Another really good song from the Mircale album is "Breakthru", you should do a drum cover of the track sometime. You did an amazing drum cover with this track, keep up the good work, Sally.

A super underrated sci-fi/fantasy type movie. Soundtrack maybe the best ever, all by queen. The producers and record company didn't want queen to do the entire soundtrack. So the film has a soundtrack, but Queen did their own called, It's a Kind of Magic! This caused them to split with their record company, and go out on their own. U can find the queen version, but it's tough! Called, It's a Kind of Magic! They did the soundtrack as a Opera. Also the scenery and camera work, is amazing! The pan, zoom, camera circling, radical transitioning shots, Henry Cavill is supposed to be doing the remake!😮😮😮. U can skip part 2 or the TV shows. . Also the bad guy here, is maybe the best, pure psychopath , evil protagonist, ever! He was about broke and homeless, but he said he really wanted this gig, so he could work with Sean Connery! The opening, drag in camera cut around the ring and then close up, to the actor, is amazing! The guy that lets Connor out of his village? Old guy in Braveheart!😮😮😮 Neil Young, listen to his song, Rust Never Sleeps...u will get the line! He was in Shawshank, the Sean Penn movie, Bad Boys, and a character in SpongeBob!

27:11 - Actually, no, this is not "Don't Lose Your Head". This instrumental piece is titled "A Dozen Red Roses For My Darling", which was later reworked into "Don't Lose Your Head" for inclusion on *_A Kind Of Magic_* after *_HIGHLANDER_* had already been released.

obviously because this was my first time watching Highlander I didn't know that fact as it sounded just like Don't Lose Your Head - thanks for letting me know

I admit I do not go to many really big shows anymore due to health and wealth (or lack of in both cases). Health wise (I am an old git) means I cannot stand in a crushed area. So if I go to a massive gig I tend to end up so far back I have to watch the TV screens. If I want to watch a band on the telly I can stay at home! Smaller gigs I do a lot of. Most of the time it is OK but I do get annoyed with the amount of folks talking during a performance (particularly acoustic shows). I think as I go to a lot of venues I know well I kind of know where is best to stand for view and least amount of hassle from eejits! One thing I have noticed through the years between the UK and Europe is the Brits at bigger events/festivals can be utter arses, throwing shit (especially at bands on a bill they do not like) whereas in Europe they go to the bar and wait for the bands they do want to see. The first time I did a European festival I loved that there were bands of so many styles, rock, metal, prog, blues and even folky and yet all were treated well. The smaller fests in the UK are good though as it is folks who are looking out and supporting newer bands so there is more of a supportive attitude from the crowd.

8:00 - not to disagree with your observations, but it's interesting that you start with Green Day and throwing things on stage. If you remember, Green Day first got their big international break when their performance at Woodatock 94 was televised. In that performance, thirty years ago, you can see the audience pelted them with chunks of earth and handfuls of mud, and the band just kept on playing. Now, i agree this isn't good at all, and i wouldn't like having mud thrown at me while performing, but it does show that this isn't really a change in etiquette, but rather that different acts have different kinds of fans who behave in certain ways.

100% agree with Woodstock and I know in a lot of punk shows its obviously the norm but I think when I saw them though it was more to do with the fact that I saw both Billie and Mike dodging cups full of alcohol being thrown at them whilst they were playing so clearly it was a bother for them especially since they are older now too but meh it was just my observation

I just don't go to concerts anymore. I don't like seeing a sea of phones filming everything. Have those people people forgotton how to remember things?.. I remember every concert I went to before the age of smartphones.

Can relate to that. Don’t blame you.

Thank you for this video. From what I experienced, I would always go for tickets in a seated area where you pay for a certain seat in a certain row, like they do at musical shows or stage plays. The only thing that is a bit annoying are the so-called love birds in the row in front of you who are sticking their heads together and by doing so, blocking your view.

This was a good video. I can definitely relate to some of what was discussed in this video. I went to see The Who at the Hydro in Glasgow in 2017, and I kid you not, there were people going to the bar for a drink during the show. When I saw The Killers a couple of weeks ago, the show was interrupted due to someone in the front falling drunk.

This is also why a lot of us "old school people" LOVED going to live show for the expectance, the total vide of the place>>>but now not so much.
