I used to see the original Chairman Of The Board (General Johnson, Danny Woods (he always did splits) and the sex symbol of the group Harrison Kennedy and they would destroy the place! I never saw them back when Eddie Custis was in the group.

Great entertainer, GNJ. I'm very familiar with Dunn, NC. That's where my mom's body was laid to rest in 2006. But not her soul, as it is in Heaven.

The one day I will never forget is October 13th, not only because it's my birthday, but it was the day we lost the man, the legend, the king of beach and soul music General Norman Johnson. You will be forever missed. He has gone fishin with Jesus. RIP General Norman Johnson, the Carolina man.
