Karl donnitz it’s not as bad as everyone makes out. There is a lot of waiting in cues for most obstacles so you will catch your breathe and most obstacles are actually optional - I found all of them straight forward but I will warn you the ice bath was bad BUT the electric shock at the end of the event is brutal! It’s honestly put me off doing this again!

Well as you said it aint that bad. I never trained for it and did it in 4 hrs. Loved every second of it.

R.J Williams yea pretty much, 13 miles of obstacles and running. it costs around £100 per person to enter..

Dominic Janse oh yea I also though snowboarding was only for winter but you'd be surprised at the amount of snowin the middle of summer on the many glaciers in Europe (Austria, France etc)?

Marmite Moringa it's a 12 mile run littered with obstacles that constantly test your upper body strength, not as easy as it looks

I can't believe these events are still running. The amount of injuries that people sustain is ridiculous. Lots of face planting on those quarter pipe run ups. A lot of fun, but it can easily go wrong.
