Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.

Honestly don’t come here save your money and time try somewhere else not nice at all. A lot of bugs, and bug bites,get over 20 bites. Housekeeping is terrible and nasty. don’t change bed sheets. Even when I requested to the front desk I got bites and reminded them to changed my bedsheets. I came back tired couldn’t rest waited two hours for them to come change bedsheets. Second time I got bitten I was itchy and so so so mad couldn’t sleep for the whole night, bugs keep biting me my arms, back, butt, and legs. itchy coming from everywhere oh God. in the morning I decided to checkout early. 👉 They don’t want to check me out and throw me to Expedia say because this is a third party booking. I had to cancel it with them. I got an Expedia agent to help, they say the opposite, the reservation payment type is a hotel collect and it is paid direct at the hotel. Any refund will be coming from the hotel. That’s exactly what I told the front desk I just book with Expedia I made my payment in the hotel. Expedia Agent step in and talk to the manager. That’s how they refund the rest of my booking days. Totally not nice to throw your own hotel problems to Expedia. I got so many bites and the manager knows he was there went I was talking to the front desk and he don’t come out to say anything any apologize Nothings. I’m putting this everywhere for everyone to see I hope that all hotels can pay more attention to the housekeeping. After all, the cleanliness of the hotel is very important. The decision may customers come back or how to tell others about your experience. And be a human.
