Thanks! Pkmn Showdown is very different in gameplay from battling against AI as it heavily relies on predicting what your opponents do. I also finished Radical Red v4.0 hardcore and Pokerogue several months ago. They had lots of fun battlewise but I still prefer Reborn overall. I haven't played showdown since about...2023?

Well Rejuv's AI is supposed to do that. It usually does that as a matter of fact, when calculating its options on what to do next, it's outcome to attack is higher than its outcome to retreat which is why we have stupid things like this.

I copied a save and did both routes. There's also a trick of holding CTRL while having debug mode on to skip battles.

Hard to answer as we've used so many Pokemon but here are several candidates: Meow after learning Flower Tricks, Talonflame, A-Golisopod, Glimmora, Qwilfish in early game, Eldegoss, Togedemaru, etc.

Oricorio gets Serene Grace in LAWDS so it becomes like Togekiss. Also it's impossible in LAWDS now as they add a new mechanic that flinch won't happen in two consecutive turns.

Yeah when I recorded this series there were also quite a few massive changes landed. A big one is a double battle mechanic
