@@volcrazy89 Thanks so much for the feedback! According to the listing agent and all of the info I have researched online, 90049 is considered a Bel Air zip code. However, I’m from out of town and was only visiting the homes so I am not going off of my own experience in the area! Hope you still enjoyed the video 😊

Park Ln drive is not Bel Air. The home is west of the 405, has a Brentwood zip code but is moreso Encino.

@@RealtorErica Many things. I'm an interior architect. While it may be "beautiful", it's just not a great use of space. I would need to see the space in depth and the plans to truly answer this question.

I’m right there with you! I always say I love selling cool big houses but I’d never personally live in one because it’s just not my style. My goal one day is to buy some land and put many small affordable housing units on it- restricted to low income, military, teachers (in areas of need), etc!
