Touching the leads makes no significant impact on the reading (typically a few ohms), as fingers are generally several hundred K-ohms. BUT.....as you will find out, when you touch the leads you can get shocked from the inductive kick-back.

Is it possible to use the signal generator and oscilloscope at the same time with this device? On the one hand, should we apply the frequency device with the signal generator and on the other hand, see the result simultaneously with the oscilloscope?!

You cant measure ac voltage in connected V dc source, display goes crazy, but when you change to mv dc all is ok, china manufacturers cant make a complete product, anyway 99% this is a very useable multimeter, way better than other china meters.

At time 1:55 it does matter how the leads go in.. the black lead needs to go in first to avoid any potential electric shock

5:30 you have damaged both, the board and the chip: the chip leg torned off by the pad on the mb and the mb trace stuck to the chip also torned. both are from the last 5 pins of the left side row.
