Its Govt call to catch the SCAMSTERS but they are forcing the MOBILE OPERATORS to convey warning messages to MOBILE USERS thereby waisting the CUSTOMERS TIME & MONEY. Each and every call made by the CUSTOMERS, HE/SHE has to wait, that too after the SERVICE IS PURCHASED BY THE MOBILE USER. Customers money and Customers time is waisted by such use by MOBILE OPERATORS in India AND are forced to wait till the Mobile Operator finish the warning message. Its customers/mobile users time and money that is wasted and action needs to be taken against AIRTEL & VODAFONE. CONSUMER PROTECTION ARE YOU LISTENING IN INDIA or ARE YOU THE SLEEPING GOVTS WATCHDOG. TRAI also remaining SILENT on this CUSTOMERS WASTE OF TIME BY AIRTEL AND VODAFONE when a Mobile User starts making an CALL. TRAI is MOBILE OPERATORS PUPPET, IT IS A FACT. Also, Predating Recharge is applied to Individual Mobile Users. In this the Individual Prepaid User is kept in the dark about the new plans that is brought out and depending on the Users Monthly Recharges, the Operator goes on increasing and keeps hidden new plans that might be beneficial to that particular USER, this is how Mobile Operator are using predatory Options so that information of new Prepaids are not shown/given to that Particular Users and only few Packs are Shown Mobile Users like me are fooled like these by these Mobile Operators and TRAI and GOVT are also silent on these.
