Me and a mate used to share a house with our birds. We used to love watching this video because it reminded us of our communal living situation. And it's a boss choon also. Happiest of times.... 🖒

At last an upload with a decent sound level, thanks. I find the others to be too quiet.

I was lucky enough to see John Densmore and Robbie Kreiger live. Although John didn’t play much music it was an experience I’ll never forget. I saw Robbie play live at the Whiskey a Go Go with my brother on the 23rd of October and it was amazing. I can officially say I saw 2 of the remaining Doors in person.

What an incredible vocal performance and a beautiful song about keeping your head held high after a relationship has gone south.

Loved this album when it came out. Britpop grown up and gone wes! I loved the darkness within it. But then it was a dark time, just before 2000, a retrospective time.

The musicians kept him on track. They played directly to him and followed him. But thank god they brought him back him into the song and allowed him to finish. What a rock star performance. However without the backing group, he would have continued to flail. What a rock star, but without them, this is a disaster performance. Don’t die at 27. It’s was too early. Or 33 it’s gone too soon. Some are destined, some are decided and some are finished.

i recently finished listening to the album this song is from fully i'd go to a quiet place and just sit there, taking it in Sea Power got something to it that feels like a conversation, like the falling leaves and passing a stranger on the street their pianos sound like crying, and the lyrics are journeys into some other place i didn't know- and i don't know- but i want to understand, i want to dive into it and the moment i do feel like i am there in that place, the biggest wave from its seas washes over me, and i too, cry though, even without understanding i could cry

Amazing song - brilliantly put together. I heard a bit of it yesterday in an advert for a new series and just had to find it. My two kids used to listen to this years ago, words and video are so so good. A bit like our life has been at times. Am going to send it to my parent friends group 😊

*Why does life require a class system?* “Playing Stratego (R) Against a Blue Spy” One cannot play at life unless they understand the rules of the game. Therefore, discovering the rules is the first priority. One thing is apparent. There is a certain order of darkness that covers certain rules in order to maintain the game’s integrity, especially concerning the class system and the afterlife. Here, one must conjecture that the social class system is correct in one’s birth, but also not as it appears. If the class system has no value then the game has no integrity and we are reduced to random variables. Even in genetic theories there would be an underlying system creating a class hierarchy unseen to the players of the game. Without a class system there is no game and without a game there is no reason to exist. One can plainly see why understanding the rules are of an utmost importance. We must assume the rules have been hidden to protect both the winners and also the losers. One cannot play the class system unless they own the rules of the game. It’s almost as if the rules have simply been kept in an elitist circle or simply discarded for a joke. Also important, of course, is one’s interpretation of those rules and strategies.
