I’ve did this for 100 days. Not sure if I lost weight or not but I sure felt better. Now I average just over 10k steps per day as just the time aspect of 20k steps is hard to fit into my routine. I also focus on my food, carbs in particular.

My son developed a sun allergy in his mid 20s and has been suffering with it for about 10 years now. They aren't even sure what caused it. They think that it is a rare mutation due to having a severe kidney infection while having a rosacea breakout. He has to cover himself from head to toe when he goes outside in the sun, no matter what time of year it is. He also has bad eczema and can't put lotions on without a skin reaction, including sun block. He can only go outside at night after it gets to be late dusk. He likes to walk for exercise. People probably see him and think he's the weird guy who walks up and down the streets at night and goes out looking like one of the spy vs. spy guys during the day.

Hi Claire thank you for the post,I have been avoiding the sun for 52 years and I have EPP and based in Sunny South Africa. I was diagnosed at the age of 6 and can only state we were robbed of life living like vampires. I was the odd kid at the beach looking like a ninja these days you can wear what you want and cover up. Growing up was not fun and episodes tend to flare up in winter and summer depending on the UV exposure. I discovered the APF foundation based in America and found them very resourceful. Sadly on our side of the rock we don’t really have any where to get help. EPP in my daily life is challenging but you learn to adapt. Stay strong and keep on sharing our struggles. Regards

Suffering for the sins of your ancestors. I can’t imagine being allergic to the main source of energy for this planet. Thank you GOD for making me AFRICAN! My skin absorbs the fire of the sun & turns it into pigment to protect the body I live in. ✨

Black peoples can get skin cancer aswell doofus and black people can get erythropoietic protoporphyria, and your body doesn’t turn fire into pigments, it uses I light to make vitamin d, the melanin is genetics and it does absorb harmful uv and there’s so many diseases which affects more black people, sickle cell anemia we’re humans and we’re all different but same, delusional thinking ps I’m a doctor

This can cause by if you have taken antibiotics for the longer time or have eczema like condition or if you have any autoimmune disease. 1. take niacinamide supplements. 2. check ur vitamin D3 levels (if its in lower range you must increase it ) 3. Try to increase your sun exposure time slowly n slowly everyday which will desensitize your skin. I have increased my time from 20 min to 1hr. My allergy started when i started using cortizone cream for my scalp redness back in 2010. Start meditation which will boost your immunity.
