Hello!! I have query regarding compassionate ground appointment. My father was a central govt employee (Ministry of health and welfare dept), he passed away on 23/09/2007. After that my mother got job as I was minor. My mother recently passed away on 20/12/2023. Am I eligible for compassionate appointment? I have a small sister we both are students. Madam namasthe. My sister married second marriage legally after first wife death. And now my sister's husband recently deceased due to heart attack and he is govt employee. First wife have one son and having 16 years age. My sister have 2 younger sons and she have b tech qualification. My sister applied compassionate appointment job and same first wife son also appli for compassionate appointment job. My sister married video and photos , health cards and marriage invitation card and marriage certificate also present. My sister name was not present in service record. Sister husband not mention my sister name. First wife son name and my sister both son names present along with share percentage. Please review and investigate my question. Now AO sir from director office saying my sister is not eligible for compassionate because my sister name is not mentioned in SR. Please tell me why is not eligible for compassionate appointment. She is legally married and having all the proofs. As per compassionate appointment first eligibility for wife and after apply for son. If wife is asking job and need to provide job for wife. Whether first or second but marriage happened leggaly and with family approvals and having all the marriage proofs. If illegally done marriages means not eligible for job or any benefits.
