Hi MOMO! Hey I didn’t realize there are 2 “Momo’s” nail channels~~ pulled up YOUR( my favorite) nail pro~~ & when the person started talking ~~ I realized that was not YOUR soothing voice ~~ hit the other MOMO who is maybe African American? Lol… found YOU THE RIGHT MOMO. Went into “ more” trying to find the spelling of the harder gel top coat you like ~~ sound like IZUMI??? I’d like to try!❤

yes, it's called izemi resin 99.9 and it comes in low, mid and high. low is the thinnest, mid is medium, high is the thickest. i use either low or high depending on how much smoothing out i have to do with it. hope that helps!

cool effect. can totally relate to the need to sort out the different stars - and the idea of just giving away the mixed bag so you don't have to deal with it. p.s., if you can, i'd love to see a really close-up picture of the nails, especially since the stars are so tiny. not sure if your camera can handle that, but it would be a nice addition, at the end of the video. thanks!

Hi MOMO!! I’m a brand new subscriber!! I “ rang the bell” so I get ALL your videos! You are my favorite as far as nail tutorials by far! I LOVE LOVE PRETTY NAILS!!! I’ve tried over & over doing all the right things, being consistent etc etc in caring & growing my own nails. I fail every time. They never are the same length at one time, my own nails are lousy but man, I’ve got thick pretty hair everyone tells me! I recently had fun getting acrylics done for strength & stability… I love my nails now!! I do get them done for me. I have a very artistic side like you & probably would have done a great job on my own like you if had started younger~~ just don’t want to mess with it ~~ I paint mostly florals on glass though!!!!! I SO appreciate you explaining everything in detail. I’m so new to all this that just yesterday I had a timeline consuming unfortunate thing happen. I am new & learning about all these polishes! But~~ I waisted money on 6 polishes now I ordered! They are NOT GELS TO BE CURED! They are regular polish. I bought a beautiful jet black from OPI, to use first with a cool clear with silver, apple green & purple stars by I SCREAM NAILS~~~ for a cool Halloween look~~~BOTH NOT GELS TO CURE YIKES! Yep you guess it~< after polishing the black & cured, they all started crinkling OMG!!!! Now I know! But shouldn’t my new nail tech have known that?? She did tell me up front she doesn’t do anything “ fancy” she doesn’t have hardly any gel polishes either. I don’t mind just getting my own actualy for the look I want. I don’t know where to find someone who can do nails like YOU CAN~~ I’d be in 7th heaven~~ you don’t live in San Diego do ya ? lol lol 😊 Anyway I’m learning everything mostly watching YOU, sometimes Kelli Marissa’s channel for polish swatches to see colors etc. I just wish they all would do like you & explain if a polish is a GEL TO CURE OR NOT~ she never does, just shows all the different collections & colors. YOU are my # 1 girl!!!!! ❤

IM A BRAND NEW SUBSCRIBER MOMO!! So glad I found you! I love how you explain everything in detail! I’m new to learning what polish is what, even if it’s just a regular polish or is it a GEL that needs curing with a light. Ive waisted money on buying the wrong polish! I NEED ONLY gels to cure! I recently had acrylics done due to finally having my real ~lousy thin nails all the same length & fir stability! I do appreciate you saying you are working with a gel & you even flash “ cure” in the video to see! Seems no other creator does this ~~ they just paint nails & show the effect when done ~~ they don’t say they used a GEL version half the time. Yea~~ for a cool Halloween effect yesterday I took to my appointment my own OPI BLACK & a beautiful chunky star glitter by I SCREAM NAILS~~ get this ~~ get all done with polishing the black base & it’s all shriveled & wrinkly ~~~ it never cured because it was NOT a gel but regular nail polish….OMG! My new nail tech didn’t even know what kind of polish it was, what?? I’m living & learning here geeeeez! My acrylics & nails are about your length & shape~~ so pretty!!!!! Thank you MOMO! Hope you see this from an older video! I rang the bell so zill get ALL your newest videos now!! Going to binge watch all your older ones!!!!❤🌸

so, one tip i've learned for seeing whether a polish is cured with UV or if it's air dry is to look at the packaging. air-dry polishes usually come in clear glass bottles. because uv gels can't be exposed to the sun for a long time like air-dry can, they come in opaque bottles, usually black or white. also, if the gels you got *are* uv cure ones, they could still wrinkle if you apply them too thickly. uv polish needs to be applied in thin coats so the uv light can penetrate, especially for darker colors. if it's too thick, the top will cure but the underneath won't, leading to wrinkling. i hope that makes sense and helps! >3

Surprised not more comments! New subscriber here! These nails are gorgeous!!! Just the look I LOVE!!! Requires a lot of time to do them, but worth it for your specialty occasion like you said ~ NEW YEARS curing each nail, until the final super shiny ( that’s what I love to~ SHINIER THE BETTER) top coat to cure all 5 at once. I’m really ONLY interested in GEL POLISH THAT YOU CURE! I recently had acrylic nails done due to my own nails just never being the same length & needing the stability. I LOVE THEM! I’ve waisted money though ordering the WRONG REGULAR nail polish you don’t cure ~~ just learning, thought for instance OPI was ALL GEL~~ wrong. Had black OPI done with a spooky sparkle by I SCEAM NAILS for Halloween coming up & after curing I got the awful “ shriveled “ wrinkle look! DANG IT~~ but even nail tech thought they were gels to cure~~ so was that silly on her part too? Just wish these creators would ALWAYS say for instance “ I’m working with a gel line today that NEEDS to be cured “ but no one ever does it seems! Thank you~~ you did show that this line of polish was gel & yes, you “ flash cured “ in between your whole video & you can see your light~~ so again thank you! I’ll have fun watching YOU!!!!❤
