I have been using blue land for a few years now, and absolutely love it! Along with the regular cleaning supplies I use their dishwasher tablets and laundry products

I'm confused, so.. do pods NOT release micro plastics into the waterways? Is there some reason we don't need to be concerned about micro plastics? Genuinely asking if anybody knows! 💜

I once saw a front yard filled entirely with sprawling strawberry plants... It was so thick that at first glance it was similar to the clover lawn shown here but every summer it was filled with berries. Super productive idea.

I’ve always thought how odd it is that our lawns always have to be treated more for aesthetics than just maintenance, meanwhile everyone’s mental health is suffering. Way too much time and money go into lawn care in America. Just an observation.

Not me this year letting my yards completely over grow to see what natural and sustainable things grow instead. You’d be amazed! I have so much edible for humans and chicken friendly plants that just came out of nowhere. I’ll no longer mow normally. I love it. ❤

Until your city ordinances mandate you as the legal owner or charge your landlord who in turn will charge you for all the citations for a unkempt yard. I reside in MD and one year I didn't cover my above ground pool even though it was just about empty of the water it once held... And I got a citation from the county and state stating that my pool was creating a breeding ground and potential future nuisance because the mosquitoes were attracted to the area due to the "moist" environment which the pool was in due to the pool not being covered correctly... Over $1500 later ... Its a lesson you don't want to be forced to take

@@amybilliat1028 I dare someone to fine me for letting my yard grow naturally. Funny thing is, the yard doesn’t look over grown as the natural covering is low and keeps up itself. Honestly I really dare someone to fine me for my yard in the country. I’ll fight and fight win. Cause I don’t play silly games. I live and homestead here. I collect water and sun to use for my own energy! Forget the government and bigger man. Honestly life is simple when you can live freely. Thankful for my country life style but also thankful for the farm country! I am so ashamed that they came for you over a pool cover!!!! That’s insane. I understand breeding grounds but that’s the stagnant ponds we have everywhere. Do mosquitos even last in the chemicals that remain in pool water?????? Wow!

I think it's definitely more eco-friendly when it comes to mowing - because you probably mow it less often or not at all.

All you need is the seeds and maybe some bags of soil or fertilizer and you just gotta get that ground crusher thing that you spin to pick up the grass and stuff then bada bing bada boom after a little work you got a new lawn

Lawn mowers, fuel, fertiliser and water are expenses you can reduce by changing. If you live where lawns grow without effort then keep it but know that is the exception.

@@B00GH0STIE if someone can only afford the seeds the breaking up of the previous lawn can also be done by hand, it will take longer but can actually be more efficient when also trying to remove weeds

Clover only feeds non-native honey bees and does nothing for our native pollinators. Clover also is not native to the United States. If you want a nitrogen fixing ground cover that actually doesn't need to be mowed much look up what native violets do well in your area.
