In my opinion, I normally make a lot of beats and I match the drums accordingly to the melody feel and I’d just like to mention that the drums feel abit too jumpy and it creates a mixed emotion throughout the beat as the melody is kinda slow and simple and the drums are fast

With a lot of 808 and snares etc. I struggle with layering sounds and extending each sound. If this helps

@@BeatsByDavid23 Iz Gratis 😁 Also dein Kanal hat mir mit Abstand am meisten geholfen obwohl ich die Beats etwas anders mache, also mit manchen Elementen aber nicht komplett Drill oder Trap. Vor allem das mit der Kick/808 macht hier viel weil gefühlt jeder wannabe YT Producer dir irgendwas erklärt, was er bestimmt nicht mal versteht. Benutzt du eigentlich auch manchmal die sogn. Kick808s aus der Synthie Bass Section in GB weil da kann man die ja auch dann quasi fertig einbauen. Bei mir ist hier leider immer das Resultat, dass sie am Anfang gut klingen, nach dem Mix in den Beat aber fast immer mies haha

Ich hab die Kick808s schon ausprobiert allerdings mag ich es an sich nicht wenn die 808 eine zu harte Kick hat weil ich lieber 808s und Kicks separat habe, ich mag das nicht wenn das schon so eingebaut in der 808 ist. Was machst du denn für den Mix dass die am ende nicht so gut klingen? Im allgemeinen benutze ich was bass und kicks angeht sehr selten die von Garage band. Ich hohl die mir meistens von Kits im Internet weil ich die meisten eingebauten Sounds von GB irgendwie nicht so mag

@@BeatsByDavid23 Achso ok dachte du machst die Beats ausschließlich mit den GB Samples. Hab auch welche aus Kits aber irgendwie sind mir die zu bearbeitet und wenn ich sie anpasse habe ich fast das gleiche Resultat. Die meisten sind ja eh sehr laut und man muss sie drosseln, da pimp ich mir lieber die von GB mit anderen Plug ins. Du hast aber Recht mit den Kick808s weil wenn man sie bearbeitet dann wird die Kick boxy und der Bass dumpf. In GB aufm Mac ist das noch anders als auf dem Phone, da cutte ich bei der 808 konkret den Knock und klebe die Kick einfach dran, dann zieh ich mir die so laut, dass sie mit der 808 verschmilzt.
