No, it is an off-road use bike only hence it wont have a key. Its push button start only.

hey man just fyi i would replace the belt while ur in there a new gates 1 off grimmspeed costs 20 bucks or a whole new kit with all new timing stuff and a waterpump is 150 on rockauto its great preventative maintenance and can save u from a snapped belt or failed bearings in the longrun especially sense the previous owner didnt seem to do the waterpump and he probably didnt do the bearings or belt ithor and they should all be replaced after 100k or 10 years good vid tho! reach out

If you've watched the video you can see that the belt had already been replaced with a gates belt kit. But I appreciate the feedback! The car is now back together with new gaskets, water pump, and covers!

So I’ve ridden quads in the past but I would like to get a 250 but don’t know the difference between the 250F and the 250RX
@NeatVibes96Ай бұрын
so basically the 250rx will be better for everything all around including moto track riding. whereas the F is good for just about trail riding and is not AS capable when it comes to bumps jumps and over all ability of it!~
@JesusPrince99Ай бұрын
@@NeatVibes96 okay so probably the 250rx would be better for the dunes desert or glamis

HOW OFTEN DO YOU MAINTENANCE THE BIKE, air filter, lubing the chain, and changing oil
@NeatVibes96Ай бұрын
oil change every 10 hours, air filter just depends. if I'm riding in woods I wont need to clean it nearly as often as desert riding. and I lube the chain after every time I pressure wash the bike!~

Great test man, I'd just see if you can improve the audio while moving at speed. Ditch the bar raisers, you won't see a single pro running them, even david knight is 6'4 and has never run them. Wrecks the turning. Do some back to back testing and you'll see.

This bike is great, I just did a test ride review on my friends 2020 crf250rx and I currently ride a 22 gasgas ex250 2 stroke. Handles everything my 2 stroke did, felt better in some areas. I am curious how the 24 model compares to the 2020 and what revisions Honda made after 2022. Great review btw.
@NeatVibes966 ай бұрын
I can't imagine any major revisions from past models, since it's still got a crappy 5 speed transmission, stiff suspension, and aluminum frame. I also ride a ex250 2 stroke 23 model. I love it.

Seriously considering this bike but I’m 5’9”. Is there a good work around to lower it some?
@NeatVibes966 ай бұрын
Adjust sag properly, drop the forks. Or buy a linkage lowering kit. 5'9 is plenty tall for riding this bike! I have friends who are 5'5 that ride bikes just as bike with no issues!

If you've ridden other bikes, it'll be just fine. If you've never ridden a dirtbike before, these things are pretty high strung. Starting on a trail bike, like a used CRF230F or something would be better to learn. Motocross based bikes are intimidating to people who have never ridden before. Height wise, you'll be fine. Many a person shorter than you rides this size bike. You have options to lower it or you can learn to work around it. I think being shorter helped force me to keep my feet on the pegs and just keep momentum through stuff. I was like 5'6 125 lbs. soaking wet the first time I rode a bike this size. You'll be alright, lol.

Another pissed off home owner thinking they bought out rural so no one can ride a trail that’s been there for 40 yrs by their house. It’s actually booby trapping and is illegal even if it’s on their property and most road’s even some trails are an easement
@MuhName7 ай бұрын
Or a new homeowner that bought this property and are tired of trespassers thinking it's public just because the previous owner didn't care for the last 40 years.... No, most trails are NOT part of an easement. You're dumb as fuck.... Only if you idiots had this much energy going against the federal government shutting down public lands.....

Thinking about switching to the new ex350. Iv been racing an ex300 and find it not as easy in the rough terrain.
@NeatVibes967 ай бұрын
I'll tell ya that the ex300 will be alot easier in the low speed tighter stuff, however if you find yourself at higher speed more open terrain, the ex350 you just can't beat. It's an exceptional bike and quite tame for being what it is

@@NeatVibes96 I have one… I think they are built better than what everyone thinks… they have better suspension then the R does… and it corners like a boss. You get used to the bigger gears and the 5 speed… I wouldnt want a 6 speed… it’s a bike that’s geared for everyone… it’s literally made for everything from a farmers field and the track hitting triples.
