Beautiful architectural design plus landscaping outside, the best is the kitchen whitish emotes tranquility 10/10. Those rugs on the floor are accident prone & so are the unnecessary pieces of furniture. The dark colors of cabinets/ furnitures, a dysfunctional atmosphere calling

I see why celebrities are opting to make the move to Vegas. They will get more for their money, decent weather year round, entertainment, and no state taxes. This is a lot home for only $2 mil....well I don't have $2 mil, yet, but if I did I definitely would want a deal like this!

I think its how you see the home. For some . I think that it's pretty . And you see the land and space also. It would be worth the price with updates it wouldn't take that much. Location is also important.

Totally agree. This location is highly sought after. It’s in a really affluent neighborhood. Some people may love it, others may renovate. It has great space and potential. Depends on your price point and personal taste. Thanks for the feedback and for watching!
