Bah, I saw the SCCA stickers all over your helmets... I should have introduced myself. It was fun beating up on you guys though :P

DocWalt - lol you should have. What is your name, do we know each other?
@DocWalt7 жыл бұрын
My name is Ken Houseal. I'm sure I've met you at some point... but must have been a while ago when you were running at Warminster more often.

DocWalt Simmons told me he was talking to you. I will be around at all the events. Nice car btw, love it

Yep! I chatted with Simmons before I had to head out. Thanks! What are you driving these days?

DocWalt I just picked up an S2000. I am running STR. Ordered all the parts. Can't wait to get back out on a regular basis.

Looked insanely fast. Looks like the rear kicked out a couple of times probably because power comes on in with even the lightest throttle input.

I saw that Jeff is now the STX National champion, so i thought Id see what there was of him on youtube and this came up! I gives me hope for next year haha! Congrats to Jeff and thanks for pulling another one out for the Mazda in the face of the Scions and BRZs!

Exactly, the course was being changed multiple times (not intentionally) and it messed me up!

the fat dude in the passenger seat was slowing you down.

There are a couple of things happening in video: 1. I run 1/2 course then I am red flagged for idiots walking across the course, guess they figured it would be cool to walk in front of my car whilest I was on it 2. I holler my displeasure at said idiots 3. I was told by Steven that I better just run my car and I politely told him no I was cooling my car down and setting tire pressures....LOL!

That is some good camera work there. Much better than the other two vids.

can I suggest an in car cam mount? you can build them yourself, search it. nice run though, looks crazy fast

hate you

Lets see you try and zoom and move around perfectly steady. What I need is a camera stand that is tall so I could steady it like that. My camera does not have a good "shakey film filter" as some that are out today, its a few years old.

Maybe if you laid off the monster a bit you could hold the damn camera straight.

Sony HDR-HC3, it uses DV tapes. The HD camera's do not focus fast enough for use during Autox, the picture from the back of my car is better than normal. I think because the camera was focusing on me in car it did a better job than focusing course and cones. Hopefully you have good luck with your new camera.

What camera are you using now? I just got an HD pocket cam.

That would be a help, but I only have 1 bullet camera that is hooked to a camcorder. I would have to buy another bullet cam and that PDR thing from Chase Cam, to much $. Thanks man.....

I like seeing my hands so I can see how smooth (or not) I'm being and how early I'm turning in, etc. Our times should be pretty similar so I like to see what you're doing in there. Good job this week.

I like that angle better, camera on roof gives me a good idea what I am doing on course versus in car.

Get some in car video, damnit.

Thanks, it is a BSP car. So the usual bolt ons and a decent coil over suspension. No air conditioning or stereo / speakers in car.
