Hard driving tune, and the street art, yes! But as good as the whole package is, if you don't watch it on a full screen of some kind, with stereo ringing clear, put that ridiculously tiny phone screen, don't waste your time, just go off trolling somewhere

I met " Main Ingredient " when they were on a military tour through Germany in the early 90s. The group was from a neighboring city of Louisville, which I knew some of the members. Cuba Jr. must have about 3 years old at the time.

That was a great era in America. Even though I'm an old man now, I'm still grateful to have grown up during that time. Too bad that it didn't last longer for the benefit of another generation or two.

A life well lived giving us timeless classics for us to relive and enjoy, even though she was quite controversial with her extreme leftist views, she never sat on the fence, much like her music when she put her mind to it and gifted an incredible God given talent.

Imagine I just learned on here that it's David Sanborn on the Saxophone and I know he's one of the greatest of all time but never realized that this masterpiece was him until I was reading the comments right here, guess we're never to old to learn something new are we lol

'58' boomer here...boomers are resilient due to being brought up by the Greatest Generation...WW2 and the Korean War...our mom, of 5, sent us out after breakfast and said be home by dark. We created our own play, games, explored our town on bikes, built forts out of refrigerator boxes, climbed trees and read books while up there for hours, and used our imaginations. We stood up to bullies, didnt always win, but always stood up to them. We were expected to work for anything extra, do chores before allowed to use car, go to a movie or to friends on the weekends. Suppertime was a time of ample conversations, talking about our day, and any subject was okay except for family secrets; glad that wall finally came down! We rarely had snacks as that was considered a special treat. We exercised daily at school, bicycling everyday after school, we definitely kept fit. No running to Drs for cuts scrapes, fever etc...I waited all day with a broken thumb, swollen triple its size, because it meant i hadn't been careful doing something; had actually stood up for a little kid being picked on. We listened to all kinds of music from our parents generation and grew to appreciate all kinds of music. It was always fun to push the living room furniture out of the way and watch our parents gitterbug on a weekend night! We had mowing jobs, babysitting jobs, raking leaves jobs, washing cars, cleaning out garage jobs for neighbors, friends etc., for anything extra we were expected to pay for. We knew what it was like to work for what you get. Wouldn't change the era I grew up in for the world!
