@@ScoopEats Sorry for the long reply but I think it's helpful. Well that's my intention anyway. So those guys who inspired you are just as legit at this game as you are. It takes a lot of dedication, time and practice... Not easy but you can get there. (If I had two pieces of toast for breakfast, I'd have to call in sick to recover. What you do, is amazing.) So, i asked another guy also new to the food challenge game, the same question. He had great potential but less than ZERO confidence. The two youtubers he said inspired him were the problem. They're names you'll know, each has a channel with over 4 millions subs, each are known for huge impossible food challenge videos, most of them were faked. No wonder he had zero confidence. The fakes are to not easy to see unless you know what to look for. (I'll send you videos of what I'm talking about if you want.) The method they use to cheat is nothing new...it's old-school, effective and purposelessly deceitful video editing. You won't believe how good and horeal it all looks. But Watch it again. Watch closely. What did you really see? Once I point this out and show you, you won't be able to unsee it. These guys are making millions. Good for them. Wish I thought of it first. The point is that it's so fucking unfair to new guys, like yourself. You're interesting to watch and legit but you can never ever compete with those faked challenges. (40K or more in one day? Really? Nope, not really.) YT gets the views, no one complains because they think it's all real, so those fake channels flourish. Mr no confidence food challengers did eventually got tired of trying, got tired of and beating himself up, viewers got tired of his complaining bitching and moaning... He just gave up. Too bad for him Don't let these cheaters stop you from making content and having fun. Don't let the cheaters discourage you. Make sure what they're posting checks out.

Is this restaurant a mix between Tastee Freez and In n Out? Serious question.
@ScoopEats5 ай бұрын
I wouldn’t put it in the same ballpark as in n out (I love in n out burger) From the outside, it looks almost like an old school ice cream shop where you order at the window and hang out until it’s done. I haven’t had tastee freeze myself so idk about that part.

Nice try man! Even the beard falls to pancakes sometimes you looking solid anyway. Also can you please talk with me about water training? I am having a hard time finding more info other than don't do it its dangerous
@ScoopEats5 ай бұрын
Thanks!! That’s about what I’ve seen in terms of water training as well. From what I’ve seen and been told, you’ll want to do a combination of solids/water for training. For example: max out on low calorie foods, then fill the gaps with as much water as you can (It’ll be super uncomfortable) I usually try to take down a quart or two after the big meals in an attempt to distend the stomach and help with digestion. That said, I am NOT a good source for health related topics, so I’d highly recommend finding a more credible source for information on water training. The only thing I know for sure is that it is indeed dangerous.
@Its-Me-Grimm5 ай бұрын
Yea im gonna do food plus water like it says on foodchallenges. Right now I'm mid training program and new to stretching so like I'm not going over a gallon probably ever without food. Cause I'm too scared. Do yo do water every day or just before challenges?
@ScoopEats5 ай бұрын
@@Its-Me-Grimm I’ve been advised to do the water for the 2 days leading up to the challenge with dinner. So for a Saturday challenge, I’d do it after Thursday dinner and after Friday capacity. I do also chug a quart of water every morning when I wake up, though that’s less for capacity and more for helping me wake up
