It looks a lot like *Kristine Sutherland* (born April 17th, 1955) ,best known for her starring role as Buffy Summers' mother Joyce Summers on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003). This video was shot in 1983 so Kristine would have been 27/28 years old which matches the girl in the video who looks like she's in her late 20s too.

@@glennhoddle10 Oh wow, I think you're right, Glenn. That looks just like her. I tried to see if there was any reference to it online, but haven't found anything concrete yet. If I typed in her name with Garland's name, there aren't any articles about both of them doing that video. But dang it looks exactly like her. I tried to find out if she ever modelled but didn't see anything. I feel like she may have been in ads or something once. Good detective work, bro!

I think that was done deliberately as a joke to underscore the fact that he wasn't actually playing the sax on this record. Garland Jeffreys is NOT a sax player. I believe that's David Sanborn.
