@@Yuukoito7135 you need to complete the game normally at least once. Then when you get the pause button out of the safe, you need to pause during the first tape when you see the instructions on the fridge

Remember, your choices matter. But not the ending! Frank always gets out and the Entity comes and takes whoever is still alive. There is no divergence and no one to have a cool alternative route to stop Frank, the Entity, or Augustine. I was sadly disappointed with this and I found Man of Medan, and Little Hope more fun and interesting with the ending than this

You can refuse the drink from Augustine. to get the cutscene. The important decision is giving Madi the necklace and saving whoever first gets grabbed by Frank Stone (usually is Stan, but can be Chris, etc). Basically just give Madi the necklace and pass the QTE and there you go.
