change the fov in settings to 67, this will fix both viper 25x scope and vudu 6x to include the reticle, this game PiP feature is not fully complete so 1x on any fov thats not 60 is going to be weirdly scaled but yeah

The hoodie-draw is a pretty novel idea, makes me wonder what other ideas D.C. has in store for us.

Everything that Rhett at DC does is a different look out of the box, but it works. Really interesting guy.

I dunno about this one Mike. Personally, I spent nearly a year perfecting my optics draw stroke and I'm not sure I would want to modify it again around a single piece of seasonal clothing.

I understand that and I think it's valid. For me this thing is a cheat code to faster DTFS even with the oddball draw stroke, but I'm generally pretty mediocre at DTFS, I'm stuck in the 1.4-1.6 second range at 5 yards just wearing a tee shirt. So for me it's easy to say, I'm mediocre normally and this One Simple Trick(tm) helps boost me past my mediocrity. If I had done the work to be lightning fast generally, the trick hoodie probably would not benefit me as much as it does and I would be less excited about it.

First, You should be practicing with anything you wear while carrying (jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, pants, shorts, etc) regardless of how often you wear it. You never know when you may need to draw while you just so happen to be wearing something you don’t usually practice with. Second, if you don’t practice adjusting to different possible real life scenarios where you may not get the chance to have a perfect regular draw, you probably should, because you may not have the time to make a perfect draw. Yeah you’ve perfected your draw but in the best possible scenario. What happens if that’s not the case when comes time to use it? Are you prepared for that?

Given that you START from 1, it’s not going to hurt your normal draw. Cheating from the pocket makes for winnable gunfights.

A couple of points I want to make. The first half of the video is a bit tedious but it was all done in one take, to show that the performance is predictable and repeatable. I didn’t snag half the time and try to hide it with a bunch of fancy cuts and cool music. Maybe it’s boring but what you see there is a full magazine worth of draw practice at speed, just around one second draw to first shot time, a bit lower, a bit higher. Secondly, this was my first afternoon of live fire with this setup ever. I’m still wrestling with it, still figuring things out, still not quite comfortable. If you see Rhett’s videos of him wearing the same hoodie he is much smoother and more fluid. Why? Because he’s put in a ton of work on this, and what you see here is my first live fire range session.
