This is such an amazing idea. Im lookin for events like this in my area sadly the closest events I can find area an hour away. Im saying this to say that im sure the people in youre area are very greateful that you are putting on an event like this that is actually local.

Thank you for being real. I can relate to you. Especially in my art style. I'm most happy when I am painting portraits than the art that sells which are my landscapes with animals or Alaska style art dog sleds. But when I'm painting portraits I just get excited and I want to just keep hanging so I've been playing in acrylics for the first time. And oils. I'm used to watercolor painting so this has been quite a challenge for me. I'm going to go to your homepage and look at all your different videos.❤

@@robynburgess3995 the art that sells is never the art we love to make- but at least we can paint💫 I love mixing up my mediums. I was super into fluid acrylics and gouaches for awhile but oil paint is my looooove. thanks for the support! I hope you like the rest of the videos 🍊🧡

The cat on the motorbike is so cute! Also I love the bar / gallery idea! And your drive to help provide opportunities for other artists too. I didn’t understand half of what you did to make that drink but I know Yakut is delicious and you’re a genius on both your drink mixing/making and business ideas. I like the way you say "...cool {stuff}" to mean "....gas station crap"! I have to say something about what an amazing model you make and how well as an artist, you use yourself as a muse to tell your story, and how when you struggle to elaborate on the meaning behind your story you say, "I don't have words - I have PAINT." ...a consummate artist quote if ever there was one!!

For the frame that is a little too small, try painting on a panel that you can cut to fit the frame.

Yes, keep painting something meaningful. Or at least something that has meaning for you. There should be a distinction between good and bad art, artists and arts and crafters.

Agreeeeed. I miss critics. I feel like there was this movement to “keep your critics/comments to yourself about my art” and it’s made it to where anyone is villainized for having an opinion.

@@kijibaeart Yes, and the idea that everything is art and everyone is an artist. Especially when photography and digital art got thrown into the mix. Now, with AI, those same people complain and say it's not art.... hahaha I think critique is healthy and good, and there should be intent and meaning behind a created body of works.
