Me encanta esta canción. Siempre amé las letras de Hole. Mezclan belleza y fealdad.

@Danathema I only say that because I bought and listened to Pretty On The Inside, and the sound/lyrics, compositions were totally trash - especially when compared to Live Through This. Violet is one of my favs, and Jennifer's Body. Years later, when Hole toured with Manson and Monster Magnet - I was there.. They only played their new stuff, and that sucked! She definitely did not write their 3rd and final album.. it sounds like mainstream girly girl shit. imo

Kurt and Kristen wrote a great album. This is technically the last Nirvana / Janitor Joe album.

Kristen wasn’t even in the band when most of the songs were written and most of the songs were written before Kurt was in a relationship with Courtney

@@Danathema Courtney did not write anything. Even Dave Grohl said that he believed Teenage wh0re was his favorite song of hers - when asked why, he said because "she wrote it." He basically said that it was based on her personal life story. She was a hooker who stripped for drunk truck drivers. Then, he met Kurt while doing a lap dance for him. He tried to help her by writing a few albums for her, but she got rid of him instead. She still kept some lyrics she "inherited" and included them in Celebrity Skin. Is it any wonder why she hasn't had a hit since CS?
@DanathemaАй бұрын
@@DirectorsAccount Grohl is a cunt who has always been a misogynistic bully. His and your nonsensical witterings on the subject have been debunked by every single person around the band. Kurt couldn’t write a decent lyric to save his life, she’s been prolifically writing since her teenage years in her own distinct style. She was writing about female body image, sexual assault and feminism when Kurt was writing about farts and pee pee. She was more successful when they met in 1989 (she was watching a Nirvana show) and when they started dating in late 1991. The faints for her first and second album predate them being together and the third written after his suicide - and he could barely write In Utero (the title of which he took from her poem due to severe writers’ block) to fulfil the terms of his own recording contract much less anyone else’s. He also recorded backing vocals for two songs but didn’t know the songs so was audibly out of tune. So stick your misogynistic drivel up your arse

A masterpiece record - not technically brilliant but guttural, visceral and the most honest portrayal - I think (as a man) - of the trauma womoen are exposed to as a 'normal' part of their early lives.
