Wow, that was an impressive speedrun! It's amazing to see how skilled you are at navigating through the game and completing the objectives in such a short amount of time. The route you took and the strategies you used were really impressive, and it's clear that a lot of time and effort went into planning and executing the run. Great job!

You can still shoot Phineas without doing the distraction shot, but that requires you to start as the detective. Then he just stands still. Otherwise he is making his way into the mansion, or if you start fast forward then he starts in the mansion

Nah he starts in a different location than what he used to, this is what I was basing this run off kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYfMXoinYt19hKM You can see in this run he is behind the gate right away. A year ago he was a few metres to the left of it.
