I keep hearing a band from 1982 till the present called Antietam. A post punk/alt country band fronted by a woman which was pretty much a first. Antietam was a little heavier but very similar. The Singer Tara Key also had a few great solo albums. Her voice is not this high otherwise very similar. If you like this band check them out especially San Diego on the Music from Elba album.

If anyone out there digs this sound check out a band called Atietam. One of the first post punk, alt country punk bands from Kentucky. Especially their album Music from Elba. San diego.

Went through the hardest breakup ever this year. Still not okay. This year has been horrible.
