I recently shot a 2-day event at the Salamander Washington DC, the moment I walked into the Lobby nothing but excellence. While I was there as a photographer, I was in awe of the beautiful details and decor. I would love to meet Ms. Johnson one day soon is my prayer. I met her through my experience before actually meeting her in person

Is this facility already be showing signs if management immaturity in its kitchen environment? and would it warrant a visit from the labor board? Is there racial bias in its management team? I doubt seriously that the owner of this wonderful facility is informed of this if it is determined to exist. There are NO secrets from the many who have been dismissed. One would wonder if training including employment law is provided actively? or just talked about in meetings. History shows that management turnover usually solves these immaturity problems and NOT turnover of lower-level working employees which are expensive to find, hire, and train.
