That’s a great add! I know you like to engineer things, so..what if you put wheels with lifts on the end of the dyno. Then one person can push on the lever and wheel it around or pull it around similar to how some move things like chicken coops, dog houses, work benches and such.
@JUST_ONE_ID10T15 сағат бұрын
You need a place to set it all the time and then you can charge people for dyno time. They can bring their tuner person with and rent the use of the dyno.
@JUST_ONE_ID10T15 сағат бұрын
start stripping it and painting and you can make it look like new.

Don't paint, powder coat that thing. More durable, will last a lot longer.

What about air jacks that might work high enough to put a block under to get the hi/lo under

I'm not sure what the RPM pickup on a Mustang is like, but Matt from Sloppy Mechanics converted his dyno (drum dynojet?) to read with an LS3 crank sensor and it's been perfect ever since. Also that plastic thing melted into the deck looks like a big cage blower. You can see the metal cage cylinder and the wide blade rows.

Torch some slots into the bottom edge to get forks under the dyno. Now all your buddies are going to "borrow your tools."

I'm looking for the part of the video where you rebuild it, but I guess you never rebuilt it.

Since it has to be painted anyway, may as well stick a broken heart on it 💔

Lol is that the dyno from big 3 in Ohio their shop caught fire probably from their hack wiring they do or the cars that sit there for months

I love it when people get on a proper dyno instead of a Dynojet. That's when all the pissing and moaning along with bad excuses start.

You mentioned in the past how much you enjoy pickup trucks, I have an awesome idea to share on a future project. 1999-2006 reg cab short bed chevy/gmc 2wd for the build. Edit 2008+ would mean no rollcage down to 10 seconds but I think 99-06 look way better. Get a wrecked 2008-09 2wd vortec max 6.0 with the 4L70e AND the 6 lug 14 bolt!!!! Or a 2wd silverado ss has the same rear axle. 05-06 Put it together, just a cam/tune/bolt ons and what do you got? Alternatively use the 6.2 and 6l80e out of an escalade. I have a feeling with a few mods and that setup would be amazing and really doable on a bit of a budget. I have had my eye on a truck at copart for a couple months that doesnt have a date on it yet, hopefully for this type of build. It would take a step back from the high $$$ builds and be quite relatable. If you did weight reduction-slicks and skinnys with a cammed and tuned 6.2 LS…. It is going to be huge smiles per $ spent and I think will surprise people about what it goes in the 1/4 mile NA. Gap rings and spray to keep up with the red truck. Seems to fit the style of lego building vehicles you do and I like the idea of stock parts from random vehicles making a street rod, basically old school hot rodding before aftermarket companies existed. Enjoy your videos, keep up the great work.

I'm so happy to see you start another channel. You guys have become my favorite KZbinrs. And if you're looking for any material just to fill in some space, I loved the scrap stories. I know you guys ain't done them in a while but I always found it really interesting seeing how much you pay for the vehicle, what you get out of it for parts, and what you can sell those parts for. But anyways again thank you for more content and I look forward to seeing what you guys put out
