I can do that, but it will be a little while. Going in for major surgery in the next few days and will be out of action for a while. Will do it while I’m recuperating. Maybe around 4-6 weeks time. Subscribe to the channel and you will see it pop up in the notifications.

RAW has always been difficult for me to learn. I hope you do more tutorials for RAW and CRAW😅. I appreciate the way you took your time and explained where the beads needed to be placed. If you don’t mind, I hope you will do CRAW next. You are soft spoken and easy to listen to. ❤🌷🌸🌹🌺🌼💐

Oh my Goodness! I love craft room tours and honestly, yours is my favorite. I also combine my space with working remotely and it’s important every item has a place or grouping or it can get cluttered so fast. I love your choices and I wish you hours of joy crafting with the cats.

Can u create corners with praw projects?
@curiosandcraftsco3 жыл бұрын
No, I don’t think you can, just my opinion. The reason you can make a corner in craw is because of the cubic shape and flat sides. In praw you don’t have that flat side to work off, so I don’t see how it would work. Guess there might be a way of doing a staggered finish or some kind of herringbone corner, but it would take a lot of working out.

thank you for sharing so easy to follow i thought it would be very complicated but your explanation was so clear thanks

Thank you! I was searching for this very technique and here it is! I suppose you could add picots by leaving a space as in normal tatting? Do you think they paused between the tatting around the ring to tat a ring with bead and then continued for a few stitches and do another ring in this pic? www.pinterest.es/pin/122019471129680995/?nic_v2=1a44vjWfW
@curiosandcraftsco3 жыл бұрын
This looks like it’s been done in one piece. I’m guessing it was starting from the top, 3 or 4 around the ring, picot, 2 around ring, picot. Beads added as you go. First picot do loop where bead is needed. On second picot add the bead by stitching through previous loop and make next loop on opposite side ready for the next bead. That would be my suggestion.

How do I add thread?? I've gotten to a certain point and now I don't know how to continue lol!!!
@curiosandcraftsco4 жыл бұрын
Dingus Mann I usually start a few rows back and weave through a few beads, make a knot or two in between two beads along the way and then carry on zig zagging up until I come out of the same hole as the thread that’s running out. Carry on beading for a several rows with the new thread, then weave in the two tail ends from the thread change and snip them off

IT is against the law to make Native American bead work and sell it in the states, if you are not a Native American. It sucks to see people using our traditions and acting like they thought it up, or even worse... They have no idea THEY ARE STEALING OUR CULTURE.

I’m in the UK and I am simply demonstrating how to do the stitch. Nowhere have I claimed to think it up. No offence intended, this is simply a tutorial.

I will add another tutorial with some different methods of finishing off in the next few days. I tend to use glue in clasps and ends, but there is a way of beading it closed and then adding a jump ring. I will let you know when it’s uploaded.

Janis Dolan try issuing two different sizes as well while you are learning, that should help. Use the smaller beads for the walls and the larger for the floors and ceiling 🙂
