All fair points. However you will perform best buffing damage towards one class generally speaking. And for summons, certain summons actually take away damage due to damage frames in the game. Like Slime Staff is particularly bad unless you are using a whip. And in some mods, Calamity, your summon damage decreases by a large amount if you aren't holding summon weapon. I enjoy limiting myself to one classes weapons like a large part of the community. And actually doing so finally taught me some much needed lessons about the game that let me beat moonlord for the first time.

@jakksonkobalt Of course, Theres nothing wrong with trying to be efficient and max out the power of one specific class type. The issue with being a jack of all trades, is that your a master of none. Although I am speaking from the point of view from someone who has not yet even beaten plantera as I was just gifted this game.

What is easier. I have played with the base game classes obstensively, and I always recommend ranged to new players because of how easy it is. I go more in depth and more jokey in my crap guide to ranged. And ranged is the most popular class because it is the easiest. Lowest barrier to entry. Melee requires spacing, Magic requires mana management, and Summoner requires better dodging skill. Ranged just need the same, if not easier, aim than all but summoner.

Throwing all the healing cards on a character like Neru holding the thing that explodes whenever they heal is very synergistic. Throwing 1 or 2 healing cards on everybody is also a good use of trading points. Luna's base kit is the most in need of trading points and Reggie's is the kit that has the worst time with traded cards. I think in my final boss team I was using about half my available tp

@@jakksonkobalt I see that working really well. Between Dobok, the Scyth, and Cera passing out lifestyle every turn (the one that transfers buffs) I never needed the healing even on hard against dream eater. I'm doing a hard-core random playthrough so we'll see, but games insane.

I beat sephiroth in kh1 original release normal mode when I was like 9 or 10

pretty sure there was orignally going to be a thrower class in the vanilla game but it got scrapped early on

@@rofl_copter throwing was a damage type from like 1.1-1.3, but there was never any hardmode throwing items or armor.

Wait, ranged players aim? I thought they just use chlorophyte bullets and mini guns because that is what noobs first guide to terraria told them.

@@spamton4990 Ranged is the easiest class to aim as you don't have to worry about slow projectile speed or awkward timed projectiles from melee and magic. For mech bosses Daedalus Stormbow is still incredibly good. And you don't have to be close to your opponent like you do to use whips. Ranged is objectively the easiest class in the game.

I have played as every vanilla class. And I will say, melee isn't the least fun class. But you need Calamity for melee to be fun.

@@gd7151 защита бесполезна когда у всех урон огромный и есть механика разрушения защиты, уж лучше играть призывателем и задавить дамагом потому что ты в целом меньше тычек получишь и общего урона даже с маленькой защитой чем танком который не нанесёт урона и сам впитает, он больше подходит для коопа. может в ванилле воин и полезен, но для ноухитов защита явно юзлесс и лучше на урон поставить, потому тогда не будет скилл развиваться если тупо танковать, а ещё файты будут дольше ведь придётся дольше уворачиваться хотя танка имеет смысла ставить на другую выкладку и юзать на фазе буллет-хеллов как у пустоты или каламитас, ведь ты всё равно не можешь наносить в них боссах урон

@@gd7151 вообще на разных боссах лучше всего подходят разные классы, мехадузу невозможно проходить без урона и надо танчить, а на мунлорда лучше мага с пламенем туманности чтобы быстро вынести или призывателя
