Damn how woke can it get!

Matt Daniels taught how important of an asset mental aspect is in running. This just lets us know that even the greats with all the leg speed as he has run Sub 4 min miler & got a 4th place finish at WSER and he was dealing with a lot of stuff where he wasn't 100% mentally which affected his overall outlook towards sport & his performances. Great insights by him & hope he throws down a great performance at Canyons. And Cat you too would have gone through some of the hardest times for the last couple of years, hope you are recovered & now you are healthy. All the best to both of you & you both are great human souls out there.! <3
