Even the technology when not well used is a big problem. The Gen Z around me have low IQ, tenacity and attention span....easily distracted. Ask some to drop a note...then you will see the definition of poor communication skills.

You can find low IQ and attention span in every generation not just Gen Z alone. I’m a proud Gen Z and this attributes you listed cannot be found in me. I can say the same for most Gen Z I’ve come accross

Interesting discussion. Agreed that Gen Z & the Alpha generation are more receptive to technology and tend to do more with it. However, it is what you do with knowledge that matters. If you are solving problems with technology, especially in the workplace, then you can talk about being better at it, if otherwise, that knowledge becomes useless.

That’s the key; solve problems with your techie skills.

Most Gen Z are capable of solving a lot of problems that the older generation sometimes won’t even imagine. But the major challenge we’ve had as Gen Z is that the older generations don’t give us that opportunity. Most times they see us as inferior and don’t value us.

Acrimony is the reason many girls will not want to ‘waste their energy’ on a guy with ‘potential’.
