I think its scary that humans will be merging their brains and mental functioning with AI. Its also scary that there will be group thinking. Your thoughts and reactions will be public knowledge part of the collective. Its seems all thinking will be public. So all they need to do is upload everyone's thought and find the guilty party. Now where shcools are concerned, at this point we need to revamp out educational systems. Not so much for what is being taught, but for absolute safety for the children and teachers. Educationally, this country needs to catch up to the world by making education a priority not just a pass time or quit at 16. The world is more technical and without higher educational knowledge a major part of this society will be left behind. Even cellphone are quite technical now by 2100 forget it. Absorbing knowledge maybe eaiser and faster, but will that information absorbed and become apart of you or is it something temporary? Have you noticed that remembering phone numbers these days are difficult? Why ? Because we tend to rely on technology to store it for us. The point is technology can be good, but loosing autonomy is perplexing. Star Trek Next Generation, Gene Roddenberry creator, introduced the "Borge". In 2100 it will be our really.
