Fastest reply ever! 96 rows? I've been doing 140, following another tutorial on KZbin. They're more bobble hats than beanies, but I'm going to try 96 now - thank you!

140 is good to have a folded brim 💗
@georgeh73817 күн бұрын
That seems a crazy number to knock out in a day, so good luck! May I ask what yarn you use and whether you use a tensioner? I've just started and all the hats are way too small for adults 😢.
@Dream9Design17 күн бұрын
It is definitely a LOT to do in a day!! I use Red Heart Soft yarn! I don’t use a tensioner but I do make sure I keep an eye on my tension. How many rows do you use for an adult beanie? I do 96 rows 🙌

@@Dream9Designgood idea : I was thinking this morning I d change my design to make it more portable and I’d make squares ; but i really like stripes and i could make long narrow pieces and then attach them somehow that could work. It could help make the blanket more plyable too . I’m planning to use dbl chainstitch ( sorry; not sure if that’s the right terminology ) or simple chain stitch since the yarn is really fluffy and hope it’ll help to keep the blanket overall softer.
@Dream9Design21 күн бұрын
If you wanted to do stripes you can do like 10 rows in one color, then attach a new color and work the rows. That way you doesn’t have to sew them together
