This isn't a penthouse. This is a regular 2 bedroom apartment that happens to be situated at the top. I'm sure that the size and layout is the same as the 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom is smaller than my current bedroom. They were better off combining 2 penthouse apartments and making it a nearly 3000 square foot 3 bedroom

Great tour! As a real estate agent, I’m always excited to see standout properties like The BISBY. The attention to detail and design in the model unit is impressive, and the location is prime! Jersey City is NOT NYC’s 6th borough and damn sure not a mini TriBeCa. People from Jersey are constantly trying to align themselves w/ New York and pull this gimmick. Unless you are paying NYC and NY taxes stop the bs. It’s embarrassing.

Jersey City may not be the 6th Borough of NYC but we are in such close proximity that we share a lot of the culture and diversity. The city has and is still growing, definitely worth checking out, if anything for its amazing restaurants, views and parks.

@@trompeterrealestate JC definitely has it's own culture etc. Agreed. That is just entirely seperate from NYC and shoudln't be advertised as such. The 4 -boros don't even like to claim the 5th boro SI. So it's really dishonest to label your video with that title and then acknowledge JC is not the 6th boro. Celebrate JC for what it is--an alternative to NYC.
