Tip: If you want to wake yourself up, try drinking a tall glass of ice cold water when you wake up. Your tired because your body is dehydrated after the hours of sleep. Try switching to tea instead of coffee, it has caffeine in it but it is healthier for you. 😁😁😁 keep it up, can already see the difference in your face from the last video!
