Seems to me he wants to go to another adjustment. for each inspection, they get maybe like $150 and up per inspection.

Love how the contractor is acting tough when they clearly do not know what actual damages look like nor have any knowledge of how the policy works. Another scammer that has no idea what he is talking about

Not hail. I inspect for hail and wind on multiple roofs a day. This roof and west and tear, granule loss.

Watching this video was painful. No reason you should’ve had the homeowner file a claim for hail damage. If there would’ve been valley metals present then maybe…. Bc then you could’ve argued the damage to the valley metal. After they accepted liability for valley metals then you ask for shingle allowance for the repairs. Then you could’ve argued repairability for the repairs prescribed

That's not hail cuz. Nice work sicking your "client" on the insurance guy, definitely A1 sales tactics

Real question. If a houses roof gets this bad, would we even be able to see new hail?

That adjuster was correct to deny. Most insurance companies have a 1yr from DOL, to file the claim. This video speaks to how uneducated you are about damages and policy.

Doesn’t look like hail being a roof adjuster myself looks more like granule loss and old laminated shingles

Definitely not seeing hail related damage from what’s shown in the video also what do the soft metals look like? Are their soft hits on gutters, downspouts, box vents, etc. roasting an adjuster like that in front of the home owner is not the way to go about building a professional relationship with said insurance group.

When those fibers turn white. That’s old damage brother. And the places you’ve shown in this video of the roof aren’t hail impacts. I’m a public adjuster, I work for the homeowners. I can give you some great advice if you are open to listening
