One of my favorite groups and favorite song writer / singer. Jeff Lynn!!!! Music is so much more than just words and notes. You can sing and play all the notes perfect, but a great part of it is missing when you do not sing from your heart. That is really where the best music comes from, when someone sings from their heart. What an amazing gift that God has created.

You have to understand, we (my sisters and I memorized ELO and Xanadu songs and danced around singing them. I later learned of all the stuff you produced. To me you were the guy who sang on the radio I world wait for Casey Kasem to announce so I could hit record on a cassette.

Seen him in Nashville, near the end of the Over and Out Tour. Only time I had the opportunity to see them live. It was a great concert!!!

It was a privelage to take my wife to see him in Cleveland Ohio this past year, 2024. I was worried about my colon cancer CT scan results, so my head was tossing all over. Concert was great when my head and heart allowed it. AND the results, for the 3rd time, came back negative. If they had been playing near me, I would have gone to see him again, and only him. Demon free.

I allways wonder how much the star has to do with the song. Take away the piano and these songs wouldn't get a second listen. Does Geoff create that or does he just dhow up with the chords and a melody. Same goes for many of the big name composers

This man's music took me from a bad childhood in the 1970's, tucked away in my bedroom hiding with Eldorado, Fire On High and Face The Music in my ears wondering how does a human being do this ? I later went on to become a singer-songwriter which would never have happened without Jeff Lynne. Then 2 weeks ago I flew over to New York from Scotland to see him live in Madison Square Garden to book end my gratitude and love, thank you a million times across a million hours, Lee
