Unfortunately, I think most people can relate to the following: humans are greedy, so there will always be people for whom there will never be enough of what they covet. The simplest example would be power, i.e. political power and influence, as manipulation of the masses can be done even in a society without money. Then, there will always be people who don't want to share some of their possessions. This will autoatically make those particular things look more valuable in the eyes of those who are denied sharing, and this could potentially lead to theft and other crimes as well. I think that this kind of people particularly were the ones that initially advocated for the introduction of a sort of universally accepted "tokens" for exchange, ultimately leading to the creation of money. Racism mostly appears as xenophobia (fear of what is foreign, prejudice towards different ways of doing things compared to what each person had grown up with) and is ultimately lnked to the perceived quality of life that other people have in relation to each own's quality of life (cultural differences also, e.g. "people eating with their hands couldn't possibly be as advanced as people using knives, forks, spoons etc."). Religion did NOT start as a way of making money. Indeed, it turned into a business for the higher hierarchies/ for advancing in the hierarchy, but in the beginning all religions start as ways of life. Most religions actually preach about the urgency to detach from money and material possessions, so it could be argued that religion would fill the vacuum left in people's lives after the disappearance of materialism and money in the way we know it. Marxism-Communsim tried to achieve these goals without religion, and so the ideological vacuum of communism (combined with economies of significantly lower size when compared to those of the richest capitalist countries) led to people in communist countries mistrusting the system and ultimately overthrowing it. And that is why, if there is ever going to be a future with no money, that future would only be shaped through the teachings that one or several religions would be delivering to the people, based on the spiritual values they preach. It is only because of this reason alone that a future with no money would be desirable, otherwise there is a risk of society slipping into a socialist dystopia that would lead to new Dark Ages.

I admire your thinking. But I'm afraid racism will still exist. Even if colored people are rich, highly skilled, polite, philanthropic yet often they are looked down upon by the whites. Similarly if you visit to India/Nepal you will find people being discriminated for their castes. Of course the discrimination against women, eunuchs, handicapped people have been continuing much before money was even invented. Sexual crimes like Eve teasing, molestations, rapes etc are not related to finance. Many divorces take place due to cheating or non satisfaction in sex lives. In Asian countries divorces also take place due to infertility.
