In Phillipines, poverty stricken people have nothing, including refrigerators, toilets showers, cars and on and on. They have no medical insurance and financial assistance or any social network to help them, and many eat almost nothing but rice. Rice is eaten every meal, so that starvation is reduced, even though there is a high rate of starvation still. Most Filipinos have no car. Most Americans have 2,3,4 cars. Most Filipinos don't have air conditioning. In USA, almost every home, business or store is air-conditioned In Phillipines, most workers, unless they work for the government, work 6 days with no sick, vacation or personal days off from work. They build up no pension, IRA, and social security for their future. The average worker is paid approximately $10 per day. I have a better job than average and earn $450.00 per day, with 30 vacation days and 10 sick days and 5 personal days. I have a wonderful family that are very close and caring of one another. I eat Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern, American, French, Vietnamese and more, every day. I go to nice restaurants a few times per week and tip more money than Filipinos earn. Of course, in Phillipines, people barely ever tip because they are too poor. We have a big drug problem that that leads to homelessness. The Phillipines has a big drug problem as well, increasing crime and homelessness. I know all about the abuse of Shabu. I take America any day. And as we Americans always say, " have a nice day".
