Looks great! This is the only Italian who teaches this recipe. All other Italians would not call this authentic Italian. I am not Italian and have no dog in this fight. Just an observation. 😊 Some say cream doesn't taste like anything. They say Pecorino cheese should be the ingredient, not cream. I'm sure this is good. That's because I was born in Hong Kong and spend my childhood there! I don't care if it's authentic or not! In my mind, all Italian chefs want to arrest this guy because they think he committed a crime with this recipe. I say, who cares!???
