I am passionate about coaching the game of rugby and believe in a 'ball in hand' style which demands a high skill set. In order to achieve optimum performance I work with and develop players technically, tactically and positionally. I have studied skill acquisition in detail and I am driven to add value to players and coaches by up-skilling them to the highest standard.
I believe in challenging players and coaches to think about themselves as an individual within their team environment and to strive for excellence in all areas.
