I have the same car. Awesome car. But mine has an issue that I would turn the key like 10 times and nothing would happen until eventually it' starts. Then after driving around a little and then parked in my driveway it would just turnoff on it's on, weird. Have you ever had that problem?

So this bypasses the chip on the key?

I got 96 z-28 camaro with tourque head LS coil pack set up but car has days it'll run great but then days it'll just crank over I can hear fuel pump turning on but just cranks over

Can I wire the terminal number 3 to the keys so when I turn the key on the light would come out?

Dude thank you! Couldn't really find write ups with the same button and didn't know what wire to tap into (starter made the most sense, but I saw people using 30A resistors and shit and just couldn't make sense of it). Guess it was way more simple than I thought. It's succesfully installed in my miata now!

Common things I've heard are an issue for no crank on the 4th gen cars are the Ignition switch, ignition control module, vats security and a wire to the key cylinder will break from constant adjusting the steering wheel. Just gets pulled on then breaks and no power to the key.But always check your battery and starter are working first . Hope this helps these cars are a headache.

My clicking problem was caused by missing 1volts from ignition switch.i may install that push button

Could I use this to bypass the vats system?

What did it do mine is broken too about to replace it but my in 2nd gear gives me a hard kick but transmission guy said it s just the mount

you could use the wires under the dash from the old ignition to fire it up instead of running all new wires...

I have a 1995 Camaro Z28 I just did a 383 conversion on. We’ve been through 3 starters. High torque mini starters too. I get 4-5 good starts out of it, then the dreaded CLICK CLICK. It usually will NOT start for hours after. We are thinking something electrical. Would this bypass all that? That way I don’t have to go through everything? I am not an electrical person at all.

O break rubber mounts to easy on my f-body cars...so i replace them with polyurethane mounts...

It is originally a 94 Fire bird Formula 5.7 350 LT1 . My tittle says Fire Bird/Trans Am/Form.The hood , hatch back and bumper were switched I believe. So a trans am now. lol Pontiac could not choose just one name so little Form little Trans lol.
