Thanks for the kind comments. I purposefully do not try to explain or describe. This allows the viewer to experience the videos without bias. However, the shapes, colors and angles used can be experienced almost everywhere. They are described in the physical sciences, as well as in art. Some of the frequencies are described as resonant with specific chakras, but there is minimal scientific proof. I also think that the effects of the mandalas are subliminal. They tend to resonate more with a person's spirit-body, than with normal human awareness. And so, the benefit might be a long-range one, rather than immediate gratification. I did not create these mandalas. They exist all around us. Presented here are one person's viewpoint of them. We each have our own.
