They ignore Quality Control standards and blend virgin materials with reground scrap resins compromising 100% of the parts. Load barring parts are never tested for tensile strength and should be scrapped as well. Zinc injection molded parts never meet Mil-Spec standards but are stiil shipped. Prints on the work station were almost never the right revision! Even if it was the temp operator doesn't even know how to measure the parts or read the prints!!! This place is a disaster and very few do their job correctly. Quality Control standards with outside venders is a Joke, like TMP in Tacoma, Vaupell in Bothell the list goes on. These venders use temp workers with zero skills in the Aerospace industry! Ive ran these shop floors for thirty years and wacthed management and Quality Control people turn over every couple of months do to the fact they had zero knowledge of the industry and manufacturing! Boeing observer's would be in maybe once a year for inspection, even then all things had to be explained to the ignorant! Don Anderson in Kirkland had a mold shop and Never followed ISO9001 or any set protocols. Because of his criminal acts in manufacturing Aerospace parts, he was offered Jail or give up his house, car and mold shop or go to prison! These are the kind of folks making part.
