Glad iam finding more upstate NY hunting channels! Just subbed. Congrats this weekend even though we are going to be dealing with high pressure and Temps in the 70's. Giving consideration hunting late afternoon into evening when Temps drop. Cams have been showing more late day movement and nightim3 activity for the bucks. Southern Adirondacks.

Thank you. Unfortunately we didn’t get any of our bucks on video last season. I shot a nice 10 and my son shot a big 8. We’re going to try and do better with videoing this season

That got my heart pumping-awesome deer. Did you find the entrance hole? Doesn't look like there was an exit. Good thing it dropped right there, or a blood trail might have been virtually nonexistent.

Not a bad buck, very worthy late season. The spike would've been too but, good patience. To me, every deer taken legally and wantonly is a trophy, a successful good memory. Good luck in future.

Just on my own. I’ve taken a few ideas from different “professionals” on KZbin and made up my own plan that I feel fits my property/area

@@BradSmithOutdoors I see the hanging vine from Jeff sturgis, some hinge cutting and flush cuttings. Is your property an outside in property or inside out property? When I retire from my current job I would love to do that type of consulting

It’s now inside out. Actually now I only plant the small food plots on the one end towards my house. It’s only 27 acres so I leave the entire property for just the deer. I only hunt the stands on the edges of my yard which is the highest ground and has more consistent winds.
