Hi! Ive tried your trick but unfortunatelly any button located the rest of site does not work after setting up the side menu. Update: I've tested your presets. Same problem. It works if you pin container to the page, but if you attach/pin to the header it breaks all buttons on the site (not on the sidebar).

Great insights here, thank you! The cold emailing journey can be tough but worth it. My experience with Filter Bounce has been fantastic, especially the accurate verification capabilities. For only $10/month, it has been an essential tool. Definitely consider it if you want reliable email marketing!

This video is a goldmine for cold emailing! My experience with Filter Bounce has been solid. Their real-time verification API minimizes bounce rates like nothing else. I have tried other options, but keeping my bounce rate under 1% is just unmatched. You should definitely give it a look!

Brad, The flaws of Convertkit is if you are on the free Newsletter plan, they advertise other people’s products/newsletters on yours.

Stands to reason that "Kit" is not going to cannibalize what was their paid-for tiers about the original 1,000 free subscribers without having a way to get back the lost revenue. Apparently, they'll be doing that via the required Free Recommendations ("Cross-promote with other creators to grow your list through organic recommendations.") and "managed slot" (whatever that is). My concern is both of those required things would distract a new subscriber right at the moment when you want them to engage with your automation. This is just a hunch stimulated by my ruminations about what Kit is getting out of this 10,000 free plan.

Is there a way to pre-sell a subscription, so it gives them a year from a particular date in the future instead of beginning at time of purchase? Or is there a way to change their renewal date once they sign up?

Love this idea! But what do you do about writing content once they've reached the end of your Evergreen newsletter? You still have to produce regular content for those who aren't in the newsletter right? And let's say you start this and you Evergreen stuff is only stashed to start with new subscribers right? So you're still sending regular emails to current subscribers correct?
@bradhussey
@bradhussey 3 ай бұрын
In ConvertKit, you can make the subscriber stay in the evergreen sequence and whenever you add new emails to the sequence they'll receive them. And sure, it's always good to create new content on your blog, public facing newsletter (i.e. blog), KZbin, podcast, or social, but you can add those pieces to your evergreen newsletter, and you can rest assured that your subscribers (whenever and wherever they join your list) will see your best content, evergreen!

I have been learning Flex Box and took me a while to understand the correct way of thinking. I think the correct way to see flexblox is thinking in the following way: How much space have i available? Later we apply the proportions to the space available for the case of flex-grow or flex-shrink. The same if we apply wrap, we think how much space available by line and later we apply flex-grow and flex-shrink. (sorry my english is not 100% perfect but i am working in improve it) thank for your video and sharing, Brad Also the shorthand at the end of the video is not so clear. For example you have two variations of one value case, but you don't explain why appear one case and the other for example: "flex: 2" is flex-grow because is unitless number "flex: 10em" is flex-basis because have unit You can read more about that in the following link: developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/flex#syntax

Very useful video - thanks so much! I have been using ConvertKit for 2 years and i learned a lot! One question, I wanted to try using the snippet you suggested to vary the PS at the end of my emails in sequences, depending on them having a tag about having already taken a course or not, but ConvertKit support said I would need a developer to do this as it required using liquid - is that correct?
@bradhussey
